  160. HOW TO ORDER TIMESLICE LITE FOR WINDOWS

  162. TimeSlice Lite is available for only $25 per copy (one copy per user).  
  163. Quantity discounts are available.  Contact Maui Software for more information.  
  164. Normally you receive your registration name and code within 24 hours.  
  165. Slow turnaround times occur during Christmas, holidays, vacation time, 
  166. and directly after we release a new version.

  168. There are three order forms you can fill out and send to Maui Software to 
  169. order our software.  One order form is an order form you can fill out 
  170. that is part of the TimeSlice Lite program.  A second order form is a 
  171. HTML file that can be filled out in your browser and emailed 
  172. to Maui Software.  And a third order form is an Adobe Acrobat Document
  173. that can be filled out and faxed or mailed to Maui Software.  Below, each 
  174. of the order forms is explained.

  176. I.  TimeSlice Lite program Order Form.
  177. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
  178. Use this method to enter in order information and email, fax or postal mail
  179. your order.
  180. Here's how to receive your TimeSlice Lite registration code:  
  181. 1) Start TimeSlice Lite.  
  182. 2) On the introduction dialog box, click on the "Fill Out Order Form" button 
  183. or click on the "Fill Out Order Form" button from the About box. (click on 
  184. Help menu and then About menu to pop up the about box)
  185. 3) Fill out all the necessary information.  
  186. 4A) For fastest service -- pay by credit card and email your order:
  187.   a)  From the Order Form dialog box, click on the "Save" button and save 
  188. the order form to disk.  
  189.   b)  Start your bulletin board program (AOL, CompuServe, etc.), and open 
  190. the order form you just saved (select Open from the File menu to do this).
  191.   c)  Make any necessary changes, add any comments, and then send it to our 
  192. Internet address.  
  193. 4B) For fast service -- pay by credit card and FAX your order:  
  194.   a)  From the Order Form dialog box, click on the "Print" button and print 
  195. the order form.  
  196.   b)  Sign the form, make any necessary changes, add any comments, and FAX 
  197. it to us. (a fax cover sheet is not necessary)  
  198. 4C) For not as fast service -- use the post office:
  199.   a)  From the Order Form dialog box, click on the "Print" button and print

  201.   b)  Sign the form if you are paying by credit card, make any necessary changes, 
  202. add any comments, enclose payment, and mail it to us.

  204. II.  Maui Software HTML browser Order Form

  206. Use the MS_ORDER.html browser order form if you want to email your order to
  207. Maui Software.  Here's how to use the HTML order form.  You can order any of
  208. the Maui Software products from this order form.
  209. The MS_ORDER.html file is one of the files in the TimeSlice Lite ZIP file.  You
  210. can also access this same html page from a link in our web page:

  212. 1.  Open the MS_ORDER.html file from your hard disk in your Internet Browser 
  213. program.  (Netscape, Mosaic, Internet Explorer, etc).  
  214. 2.  Fill out the information in the form (MS_ORDER.html) in your browser.
  215. 3.  Connect your computer to the Internet.
  216. 4.  Click on the button: "Submit" which is towards the bottom of the form.
  217. The information filled into the form is then sent in an email message to 
  218. Maui Software.  Maui Software will process your order and email the 
  219. registration code to you.

  222. III.  Maui Software Adobe Acrobat Order Form

  224. Use the MS_ORDER.pdf Adobe Acrobat Order form if you want to print and then 
  225. fax or postal mail your order to Maui Software.  You can order any of the 
  226. Maui Software products from this order form.  You must have the Adobe Acrobat
  227. Reader v3.0 and above to use this order method.  
  228. The MS_ORDER.pdf file is one of the files in the TimeSlice Lite ZIP file.  You

  244. Shipping a disk with the latest version.  If also you want a TimeSlice Lite 
  245. diskette mailed to you (for example, you want to receive the latest version 
  246. on diskette), please enclose an additional $5 to cover postage and handling.  
  247. You could make out two checks (the second one for $5), and if there is no later 
  248. version, we will return your $5 check.  Likewise for credit card sales.  You can 
  249. authorize us to charge an additional $5 for shipping a disk if there is a later 
  250. version.  If there is no later version, we won't charge the additional $5.  This 
  251. is at your option, and there will be no additional $5 charge unless you specify it.
